Our Christmas 2026 season starts with our Reverse Advent calendar!
Reverse advent
Start collecting the 24 items now, then bring your donations to us by the first week of December.
To bring the calendar to life this year, we've asked our colleagues, volunteers and friends to become the calendar!
Each day a face will pop up on our social media channels, to let you know what the item of the day is.
We also have a calendar you can download, print and stick on the fridge.
We have a full version of the calendar on video below.

Download your Reverse Advent Calendar, pop it on the fridge, then mark off the days as you collect!
Christmas collections 2026
There will be extra supermarket collections throughout November and December, where you can give food, cash and cashless donations directly to foodbank volunteers in store.
Tesco Prince Avenue, Southend
We usually have our national winter food collection at Tesco during the last weekend in November
Asda, Shoeburyness

Waitrose, Fossetts Way
Friday 11th and Saturday 12th December.
