Campaign launches calling for a minimum income to be embedded into our social security system
The Trussell Trust launched a new national campaign in February called ‘Guarantee Our Essentials’. The campaign calls for a change in policy to embed a minimum income into our social security system, so Universal Credit claimants are protected from going without essentials such as food, clothing, light and heat.

You can still donate food and toiletries at the Blues’ Box Office, which is open 11am to 4pm on weekdays and 10am to 2pm on Saturday.
