This morning our Media and Campaigns Coordinator Cass Francis spoke to Sonia Watson on BBC Essex at breakfast. Cass talked about the amount of food we have given out this year so far and the increasing numbers of people we are helping, as well as discussing campaigning to end the need for food banks.
Cass talked about the demands of the Christmas period and how people can donate food to help the foodbank cope throughout the winter.
