Southend East & Rochford Candidates Q&A

On Wednesday 19th June, Southend Foodbank and our friends at Project Southchurch organised a General Election Special for the candidates standing as potential MPs for the Southend East and Rochford Constituency.

Six candidates were able to attend the evening, and after an opening statement, answered questions sent in by the public. There was also an opportunity for our Comms & Campaigns Coordinator Cass Francis to ask a question asking the candidates to pledge their support to ending the need for food banks in the UK.
